Where do I find my number?
You will find the number in your order confirmation, on your invoice or — for an insurance contract — in the top right of your policy document. The subject line of our confirmation email also works.

Notes on validity

A withdrawal is only legally effective if it reaches us in good time, within the withdrawal period. Only contracts still within the withdrawal period can be withdrawn from.
